By texting or sending messages to Integrity Inspections, LLC. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“you” or “Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Purpose of Texting
Our text messaging service is intended to provide reminders, appointment confirmations, updates on services, and relevant communication related to your home inspection services. By texting us, you consent to receive messages related to these purposes.
2. Opting In
By initiating text messages or providing your phone number to us, you are consenting to receive texts from us regarding your home inspection appointment or other related services. You are not required to opt into text messaging to use our services, but opting in allows us to communicate with you more efficiently.
3. Message Frequency
Messages will be sent periodically as necessary, including but not limited to appointment reminders, confirmation messages, and follow-up communications. Message frequency may vary depending on your services, but we do not anticipate more than 3 messages following the scheduling of an inspection.
4. Cost of Text Messages
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. You are responsible for any fees that may apply from your mobile service provider for receiving text messages.
5. Opting Out
You may opt-out of receiving text messages at any time. To unsubscribe, reply with “STOP” to any message. After doing so, you will receive a confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed. Note: Opting out may limit the communications you receive from us regarding your services.
6. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Your phone number and other contact information will be used solely for the purpose of providing home inspection services and communication. We will not share your phone number with third parties unless required by law or for the execution of our services.
7. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. If your contact information changes, please notify us immediately so we can continue to provide you with timely updates.
8. Disclaimer of Liability
We are not responsible for any issues arising from the delivery or receipt of text messages, including but not limited to any delays, non-delivery, or errors in transmission. We also do not guarantee that text message content will always be received or understood correctly.
9. Service Availability
Text messaging services are subject to system availability and may not be available at all times due to factors outside of our control (e.g., network outages, carrier issues, etc.). We are not liable for interruptions in service.
10. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted. Continued use of our text messaging services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
By sending or receiving text messages from Integrity Inspections, LLC., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
