What To Expect

Before The Inspection

  • Complete the inspection contract provided by your home inspector.
  • Review the services provided by your home inspector.
  • Write down any questions or concerns you have and email them to the inspector or bring them to the walk-through after the inspection.
  • Make time in your schedule to attend the walk-through after the inspection. Your inspector will find a time that works for you to attend the walk-through.

During The Inspection

  • The inspector will arrive at the home at the scheduled time.
  • He will spend 3-5 hours walking through the property documenting the condition of the home, landscaping, garages, etc. You can find a list of what is inspected here.
  • It is recommended that the person who ordered the inspection participate in a walk through of the home after the inspection has been completed. At this time, the inspector will review the report and show you any major concerns about the property.
