Before The Inspection
- Complete the inspection contract provided by your home inspector.
- Review the services provided by your home inspector.
- Write down any questions or concerns you have and email them to the inspector or bring them to the walk-through after the inspection.
- Make time in your schedule to attend the walk-through after the inspection. Your inspector will find a time that works for you to attend the walk-through.
During The Inspection

- He will spend 3-5 hours walking through the property documenting the condition of the home, landscaping, garages, etc. You can find a list of what is inspected here.
